Also, last time I checked, both of those guys were in employment and unlikely to be a position where they'd be appointed as a replacement fo Neil this season.*

(*unless Sunderland are in the same hypothetical mire as us come January, and I can't see us sacking one struggling manager to replace them with another struggling one).

So this season, if Neil can't do it, I'd say it's unlikely that anyone else will be able to.
