Totally agree.

The sooner we start sacking people the better. Start at the top, clearly. Get rid of McNally straight off. I would then go for Delia and that old bloke she hangs about with. Sack them, give them the old P45. If that doesn't yield IMMEDIATE results, and I mean right away, sack Neil. He's just a mendacious puppet anyway, whose press conferences are the laughing stock of the game. After that, sack some or all of the players, or failing that, shoot them. Don't give Ricky the gun though, he'd miss. And it'd probably improve Martin and our plodding defenders, come to think of it. Then get Paul Jewell or Mick McCarthy in, oh for f**k's sake I can't be bothered anymore
