The problem is not personnel, it's confidence.

We outplayed West Ham away for most the game with more or less the same team a few weeks ago. But AN hasn't managed to pick the team up following the last couple of defeats. The cup game is a good opportunity to do this IMO. Of course the defence is weak but that can be addressed in January. The more pressing issue is trying to rekindle the spirit of September.
