it kept an average amount for the league
whilst playing the deepest, most negative football. Our defence certainly didn't look good when we went down.
It should have been obvious that as soon as we tried to play a more attacking game (needed to stay up) the defence would be more exposed and those individual weaknesses exaggerated.
