Surely money isn't the important thing here?

Any Norwich fan who supports the club shouldn't expect special treatment and be grateful if they receive any. The club does a lot of good work with many fans, many of them suffering from long term illness, terminal cancer and disabilities. They have also done plenty for fans like yourself (something that you have acknowledged). I don't see why they are obliged to do it every time though.
