I assume you're using Internet Explorer? I'll see if I can find anyhitng on google.

It'd help if you could tell me exactly what happens (text of error messages in particular) when you try to go to an https site.

Take a screenshot if you can and mail it me (get the error on the screen, press "Print Screen", go to email, ctrl+v to paste it into the email).
