Not that anyone was without blame for the relegation, either. One point, about being in awe of the other teams: I think that's nonsense. Press conferences and interviews are basically meaningless. All managers have a spiel they use - Lambert basically said nothing, Neil says essentially the same thing every time and so did Hughton. The exception to that was Adams, maybe because he was really a DJ. I'm fairly sure the players don't analyse what the manager says in interviews and join the dots into a misconception of what he actually thinks.
