No he's in Turkey

His missus and their kid are British so could and did come here. He's Syrian so had no right do. We've figured out accommodation for the wife and child and if he can't work we'll all chip in and keep them all fed and watered for the duration; there's no benefits claim here. He's in Turkey, an unregistered refugee because the Turkish authorities have basically folded under pressure of numbers.
