Being driven at 94mph (according to the official report) in a 45mph zone.

I can't see why Porsche are responsible at all.

The seatbelt causing injuries that prevented his escape is clearly what they're relying on, but objectively that sounds unlikely and also if they cannot prove that the speed involved was significantly lower than the official report states, I can't see that there's a case to answer. I can't see porsche settling out of court here.

Is this just more jumping on the back of anti-VW sentiment hoping they're keen to stay out of the limelight?
