Our first ended up being quite a complicated delivery and in retrospect we were stupid to try to hurry her up (curry and lots of walking) - we should have taken the opportunity to get some rest as the actual birthing process takes a toll and the more energy you've got saved up for it the better.

Good luck mate. There are no words to describe the feeling of holding your child in your arms. Look after yourself and the other half until junior is ready to come out to play. I really, really remember how urgent we felt it was to kick things off so I know how you feel!
