When we checked in with monarch the bloke took all 10 passports checked us in then gave them back. There was only 5 of us there in front of him and I said we'll wait for the others but he said no it's ok he believes me. We then didn't get asked for our passports all the way onto the plane. Anyone could have been travelling.
On top of this
They had a fire alarm and every one had to get out but the security/Fire Marshall lot all ran ahead laughing and didn't help the disabled or women with children down the stairs when the lifts obviously weren't working due to the alarms. We went out of the secure area and were allowed to walk straight back in without showing any documentation again so all the people already outside could have mingled in.
