Watch out on the Ramblas after midnight.

A lot of prostitution going on there so it can be a bit lairy. Also gangs of people wandering around. But if you know where you're going (or look like you do) and walk down the middle of the street I think it's better.

Incidentally, for daytime sightseeing Parc Guell is cool. But it's a hike on the bus. And if you're on the road to thar airport keep an eye out for the cemetary, it's amazing!

It's a great city.
