Yes our Board made mistakes e.g. with Adams - but without the balls to appoint Neil, they wouldn't have had the balls to appoint Neil which so far seems to be going rather well. I'm so glad we have a board like that rather than one that turns to the constant underachievers - as so many other clubs seem to.
