Android TV box help...

Had my android box for a while and been working fine. Mainly use it for box sets etc.

Just yesterday upgraded my broadband to sky fibre and it now isn't picking up hardly any streams compared to before and seems to be refusing to play any that I can pick up (despite them being the same ones I was picking up before)

I'm guessing it's a security issue?
Any advice on how to sort it?
