I agree with you. That's the big challenge here

There are clearly people who are under threat and require urgent help but there are also a fair who probably are not under threat but just understandably want to move to a country that will give them a better life. How you sort out who is in which camp is a major problem because Europe simply can't take everyone who would like to move to it.
