Well we all know that SAN has rules, and that's a very good thing. Adams was weak on this front, SAN appears to be the opposite. Need a strong character to lead, happy it's the latter. IF (and a big if) players like Laffs and Grabbs don't like it, then play somewhere else - SAN is in charge - deal with it.

Hooper appears to be dealing with it well in comparison (so far). The senior players in the squad like Martin, Seb, Ruddy etc will be key here, as long as they are all on board with SAN's philosophy and methods, then the rest of the team would be wise to follow suit too
