I'm not one to post rumours or conjecture
But I have heard from a very reliable source that all is not well internally and a certain Living Da Vida Loca technical director is a VERY unpopular person with everyone but Mr McNally.
At least one of the back room staff has left because of him.
Not saying this has anything to do with our baffling transfer window but he is on the "football board"..
