Injection of pace
We need an injection of pace across the team. We appear very one paced especially in midfield in my eyes where we have a lot of good technical players but with no real pace (dorrans, howson ONeil etc). Redmond has it but does not use it which frustrates the hell out of me. Even Brady who will eventually move into midfield does not look to have lightening pace.
