The team is so slow all over the pitch

When compared to a team like Palace, seems like
the players are walking in concrete. Have one player with pace and he rarely uses it. Have to be the easiest team in the Premier to play against as defenders almost never have to turn their back and face their own goal. Hope whoever comes in has a bit of speed about them. Just not good enough to open up teams with 20 passes. You have to do it with pace and we have none.
