I had to work today so recorded the game and watched it not knowing the score.

Cherry Berry knew the score so I asked her not to tell me.

Me: "Don't tell me the score."
CB: "Okay. Oh look, I didn't know Wolfswinkel was on the bench."
Me: "I take it he doesn't score then."
CB: "I don't know who scored for you."
Me: "I take it we score then. I said, don't tell me anything!"
CB: "Sorry. I won't say anything else."
Me: "I hope we stuff them though."
CB: "So do I."

Today, Cherry Berry has learned that, by saying 'Don't tell me the score', I mean 'Tell me if one of our defenders gets himself sent off due to two idiotic fouls and we go on to lose 3-0 so that I don't waste 65 minutes watching it'.
