THis whole Dean Ashton situation...

Everyone keeps harping on about it but is there any real concrete fact? Norwich have said they will only accept silly money and there havent really been any clubs prepared to stump it up yet - so why should they in the next 12 days?

Do they really think Ashton is worth 7million? Do Man City, West Ham and Wigan really need a striker at this stage of the season?(presuming they are the clubs after Deano)
Is he fit enough to play in the prem right now?
Do the club need to or see it fit to sell him or do they wait til the end of the season?

No-one has given any indication of the answers to these questions. We can speculate all we want but until its in the breaking news on sky sports news i wont believe a thing! (and even they got it wrong with the Pompey bid!)
