I saw a mate coming out of fibbers who wasn't into it though, and I walked part of the way home with him

Haha, then as we stopped to say bye to each other, about 4 police cars crawled passed us and circled and then a van, and another van and then the forensic van and I said "hmmm I thought Jeremy Beadle had stopped this sort of thing"

So we left em to it and carried on talking until one got out and asked if we'd seen anything happen recently. So we said we hadn't and had just been there in the last five minutes. She didn't want to tell us what they'd heard but sort of had to

Well, we've had a call of a serious incident of two men, well built and one wearing a white jacket (of which I actually nearly laughed as my mate was wearing one)

Dunno what it was all about, quite an amusing end to the night though. Probably find out when the local rag catches up with the news, apart from biddys wheelie bin being nicked
