My campaign faltered shortly after then when I was persuaded by a couple of shadowy figures not to run for President. My insistence and determination to change the face of a corrupt organisation fell on deaf ears, and I was subsequently bound and blindfolded before being whisked off in the back of a stretch limo, led into what turned out to be an opulent hotel and buried alive under ?2.47m in cash.
