On the 40 month card you have to do the Balance Transfer in 60 days...
24 month card will not have a fee for the purchase. I'd keep it on there until the deal is about to expire, then apply for another card, you won't probably need 40 months, and the shorter the Balance Transfer period, the less the Balance Transfer Fee is on most card providers..
