Crewe to Norwich was a step up for young Dean, now Dean doesn't fancy languishing in the championship for many years with Norwich (could have done that at Crewe)
my advice Mr Worthington ? take the money whilst its on the table, as the amount will diminish along with Dean's reputation if he hangs around too long, the boy deserves the next step up. Cheers x
