I admit BT becomes a problem when you have a problem. Getting past the call centre in India is the hardest part.

I only really watch football so I added Sky sports 1 & 2 to my package. BT Sport was free anyway.

I was paying to best part of ?100 to Sky and BT combined now I've got all I need for ?75. That'll do me.

?250 a year saved, that's half of my season ticket.

With mortgage rates set to rise I'm just cutting my cloth accordingly.
