should be warning the bowler once he's no-balled - I always do as umpire (all though I did get sacked for being trigger finger, but like to think I'm fair) and then show him where his foot is landing. The no-ball is just something that does the game no favour's at all if you see what I mean. Gives the bowler a chance to redo their run-up. With what you're saying Jim, that would tie in nicely, as soon as it's pointed out to the standing umpire, they can tell them. Honestly it will happen when there's a close game where they have been missed.
