Norwich is a small provincial city that most foreigners know nothing about. Young men with a lot of money and large egos don't generally want to live in a provincial city, I imagine
I'm sure our bids and wage offers are as good as any other club in our position, but persuading foreigners to come to a club that's newly promoted *and* in the sticks is probably a bit much
