He has the appearance of someone who likes to win things.
In the current situation at Norwich, winning is defined as being better than 3 others in the league. Just can't see how that fits the personality of Alex Neil. Not to mention that if he is successful at surviving relegation, others higher up the food chain will surely notice and come calling.
