There are similarities to the summer where we tried to get

Alweirdeweld, Biglia and Quagliarella (or whatever his name was) both of whom we appeared to spend quite a bit of time pursuing when all three were long shots at best. I suppose it shows ambition but unless we are going to abandon the wage structure it seems likely that most of these sort of targets will not join us.
