Bit harsh.

I think they're trying to recruit, but it's been difficult. Lost count of the number of managers who have commented on how difficult it's been to get players in this year. Suspect clubs and players are all asking top dollar as they know there's a big pay day next year and everyone's desperate not to miss out. We also have a number of expensive fringe players we would like to move out. Top Championship players, but not Prem class. We need to be patient.
