I don't know really

if they do work outside the uk, you'll only pic up the stations in the area of the mast. If you get what I mean

Dab in the uk runs off two national masts, the bbc, and another one which gets you virgin, oneword, classic fm.....

Each region has its own liscense for a mast, which will give you the local stations and maybe other stuff like xfm

Thats why Bev0201 has mint reception, cos Sheffield has its own liscense

York doesn't, so I rely on the signal coming from the bbc network and emap I think the virgin one is

Best to look on the site for the area you are in. Like I say I wouldn't know about abroad, I would have thought they are up with the technology though
