I think Halsey has an issue with Mike Riley
and Simon Hooper has got caught up in it. Not that I care about that for a second.
Also, I didn't know Howard Webb had already stepped down from PGMOL until Halsey mentioned it in an article. He's surely someone you would want involved at the top level of refereeing.
I'd like to know who Riley answers to, and how many suspect appontments we can expect simply for being a lower half team.
