However, I think a lot of Premier League teams have strengthened well in the last 12 months. Palace are a completely different proposition, Stoke have bought half of Barcelona's youth team, Newcastle are unlikely to be as much of a car crash as usual etc
Ultimately we still have the core of players which weren't good enough last time. It's going to be a long hard season
