He has taken them from being mismanaged and rock bottom on morale to the complete opposite, a wembley play off win.

We will be the surprise package this year and not in the bottom 3 all season as most seem to want to be lazily predicting for us.

Underestimating the players and the boss (especially SAN) is a dangerous tactic if our opponents this season fall into that trap.

Boro thought they could do us because they had a short while before - thing is, SAN studies hard and learns. He is not afraid to believe in his and the team's abilities or to take calculated risks (two things Hoot clearly lacked in comparison now it is evident to see)
