I've flown farily often in my life and I can't say I have ever had a terrible experience

with cabin crew, although quality of service does vary. Emirates being by far the best and China Airlines by far the worst. It isn't just a cabin crew that have had bad experiences with her, it was a common story heard over the years that her shows would see high turnover of staff as most people couldn't stand working with her. She was a b***h and unpleasant, probably not evil though, granted.
