There are one or two people who I've spoken to who know how he works with youth players...

And the answer is that he's not interested in it at all.

He focusses solely on the members of his first team squad and he never goes to look at the u14/u15s etc.

Obviously, these 13/14-year olds are not going to threaten for a first team place for at least a couple of years, but for him to totally ignore them is not right.

It's just one of many traits of Worthington that get on my nerves... but there's this one in particular:

He sets his stall out to make sure we're solid at the back, rather than to be a force going forward and dominating the play, yet we've still conceded the first goal in about 70% of the games this season.
