Summer of 1988, in the Canongate Lodge
If you were ever in the Fringe Club, well so was I. It was a fabulous time: up at lunchtime, eat, out to sell tickets, show 4-6, catch a few other shows (you get in free if you're performing and there are spare seats which there almost always are) then drink until the wee small hours. Rinse and repeat for three weeks. Just a wonderful time.
