Computer help!

I managed to pick up a virus or something. It changed my password for broadband, which i have now sorted but i keep getting porn pop ups. I have run, microsoft anti spy ware, adware and the google pop up blocker tool bar but nothing seems to stop them. Any ideas anyone?
