Agreed, I hope that the last 2 seasons have toughened him up a bit mentally,
Instead of destroying his confidence completely. From what I saw of him in his first season with us he spent a lot of time on his arse complaining about decisions instead of getting back up and pushing on. Hopefully he will be a different player under Alex if he's staying on.
