I don't have the thoughts of why some bands play in front of huge crowds. I think as long as 500 turn up to shows, bands can function and make money. So between 2k-5k crowds means they can make quite a bit of money touring and merchandising

I agree though, they should be bigger than they already are

Unrelated but I heard Tunic by Sonic Youth on the radio the other day and I was bouncing around my front room
