was on an empy residential street, no traffic around at all, on my way home from work.
Not *exactly* sure what I did, but I think it involved me taking both hands off the bars and sitting up, and at that moment something causing my front wheel to jack-knife. Couldn't right the bike in time, came off.
Mind you, that's my only accident of any note in 11 years of bike commuting in TL (and as I say, was nothing to do with London traffic or roads or anything).
