Mrs. Jester heard about Swansea's policy and asked why clubs don't do more for season ticket holders with all the money they have got from the deals (or will get going forward) so, if you were in the hot seat, would you...
(Assume for sake of this question it is for full price/adult tickets, just to simplify the question for now)
1. Reduce season tickets by ?1 a game - cost ?19 per seat
2. Give every season ticket holder a free replica shirt - cost ~?40 a seat (assumed margin on a shirt) but shower the Stadium/City in Yellow and Green (and officially have the best selling shirt ever probably)
3. Combination of above (i.e. give an option of ?1 per game reduction or a free shirt)
4. Some other offer
I know nothing has to be offered, so it's hypothetical, but I'd probably go for 3... Mrs. J went for 2
