It's all tictacs and Hull are leaking the details (I assume - I'm pretty sure we're not) to elicit precisely this kind of reaction.

We have a valuation in mind and to be sure it's not ?3m but we're probably probing the firmness of their valuation. Three rejections and repeated leaks is resistance to those tictacs and signals we may need to get to ?7m or close to it. Which eventually we will but probably structured so we release actual cash in tranches (reducing the overall value of the deal).
