FAO Electrical DIY types
We had a massive thunderstorm last night and this morning we find that our Sky broadband hub isnt working. The extension lead it is plugged into is working, and the phone line is working too. It isn't as if the broadband is down either, there are no lights at all on the hub and it just isn't on.
Does it sound like the fuse in the plug for the hub will have blown and needs replacing?
Thanks

- i doubt it will have a plug with a fuse in. more likely a sealed up power supply type plug (n/m) (General Chat) - Chris Peacock, Jul 4, 10:37:18
- Got a 3A fuse. It can be replaced by the looks of it. (n/m) (General Chat) - Jacksons_Twelfth, Jul 4, 10:40:50
- try that fuse in something else rated at 3 amp (n/m) (General Chat) - Chris Peacock, Jul 4, 11:11:28
