Cullum?

Oddly, his ex-company (Towergate) just this morning announced that 'the worst is behind them' after a 'perfect storm' last year. Which ended up with them needing a recapitalisation last year (investors taking massive losses to keep them afloat), which wiped out Cullum's stake in the company.

An escape. No idea how narrow it was, but definitely an escape.
