I've heard OOH as acronym for out of home advertising
before. I.e. buying up roadside billboards, tube adverts etc to plug your wares.
Also maybe out of hours in a call centre environment for people who need to be there at all kinds of ungodly hours.
Both of which may require some form of project management I guess??
