you CAN get from heathrow to norwich
but coach is arguably easier because you can roll off the plane and get on the coach without having to get across london. it doesn't really take much longer either, once you have factored in getting to liverpool street and is certainly cheaper. For me, as I live on the south side of the city, it is also much better getting coach in, as i arrive on the right edge of the city, so don't then need to get back out from the station either, so it depends on what you want really. Coach gets my vote, but just remember to buy beers or whatever before you get on because, unlike the train, you can't buy anything once it departs.
