Both Brazil and argentina look to be taking it relatively seriously for differing reasons. Home advantage has very rarely been enough for Chile to beat either of them in the past and I see no reason why that will change.
(1 home win against each in WC qualifying, against the s**ttest Brazil and Argentina sides probably in living memory, when Brazil changed manager about 3 times and almost didn't qualify and Argentina had Maradona in charge.... nuff said)
