Means Neil has identified the need for another Tettey type player and I think against the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Man City we would look to play two holding midfielders to give really good protection to the defence.

Experienced guy, proven at prem level, still only 28 and sounds like a "good egg." Not much not to like about this potential transfer.
